Tape is an elastic, plaster-like strip that supports muscles and joints without restricting movement. Applied correctly, it changes tension in the tissues — improving circulation and lymph flow, easing pain and swelling, and letting the body recover faster on its own. Application takes minutes, but the tape works for days — in the shower and in training too.
When does taping help?
Overload and injuries — after a sprain or dislocation, and for muscle and joint pain, the tape holds and offloads the affected area while it heals.
Swelling — the strips assist lymph drainage, so swelling settles sooner.
During and after pregnancy — offloading the belly and back while expecting, hernia and diastasis prevention and treatment, recovery after a caesarean section, and firming scar tissue and abdominal skin.
