What data do we process, and why?

When booking a visit, a gym session or a course on this website, you provide your name, e-mail and phone number. We use these solely to process the booking and to contact you about it — this is necessary to provide the service you requested. When you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the information you provide in order to reply.

How long do we keep it?

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations (for example, accounting requirements).

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Access is limited to those staff members who need it for their work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to restrict or object to its processing — write to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).

Cookies

This website uses two kinds of cookies.

Essential — a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie, without which the booking forms cannot operate safely. They do not track your behaviour, so no consent is required for them.

Statistics — Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type). They are enabled only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. The data is processed by Google under the Google privacy policy; IP addresses are anonymised.
